STAUFF MCS Multi Coupling System

STAUFF multi‑couplings allow the simultaneous, spill‑free connection of two to six hydraulic lines in sizes ranging from DN 6 (¼”) to DN 25 (1”), even when residual pressure is present. Built with integrated flat‑face quick‑release couplings and manufactured from high‑strength materials such as steel, aluminium or reinforced plastics, they ensure a secure, vibration‑resistant lock via an ergonomic hand lever—without tools. With operating pressures up to 350 bar (5076 PSI), high flow capacities and optional electrical inserts, they are ideal for mobile and stationary applications requiring fast and reliable attachment changes.

Materials and Construction

STAUFF multi couplings are engineered for long‑term durability and performance in demanding environments. Each unit consists of: 

  • A fixed half mounted on the machine 

  • One or more loose halves mounted on implements or attachments 

  • Integrated flat‑face quick‑release couplings built directly into both halves 

  • High‑strength materials such as steel, aluminium or reinforced plastics 

  • Premium surface coatings, including zinc/nickel, for outstanding corrosion protection 

When connected, the halves interlock securely using an ergonomic hand lever. This mechanism ensures a reliable, vibration‑resistant lock — without tools, and without unintentional disconnection.
