Light Series Type LBBU

The LBBU clamps with space-saving design were developed for vibration-damping and noise-reducing attaching of tubes, hoses and cables in mobile hydraulics. The STAUFF clamps are available in the Single and Twin Series in three sizes each and cover all common metric and imperial tube diameters with a diameter range between 4 and 32 mm. 

The innovative design features two film hinges which allow the top parts of the clamp body to be opened easily and lines to be inserted and replaced with little effort. An inner metal sleeve provides the required stability. 

In addition to the clamp body, the accessories range of the type LBBU Light Series also includes weld plates, cover plates, screws, sleeves, rail nuts and mounting rails.  

In terms of materials, the entire accessories range is available in steel or stainless steel in the qualities V2A 1.4301/1.4305 (AISI 304/303) and V4A 1.4401/1.4571 (AISI 316/316 Ti). The steel variants are supplied with different coatings from the factory (phosphated, plain/uncoated, zinc-nickel coating). The special STAUFF zinc/nickel coating offers reliable corrosion protection that goes far beyond previous market standards – even after transport, processing and assembly of the components. This was confirmed by tests in a salt spray chamber in line with EN ISO 9227. 

In addition to the individual parts, STAUFF also offers complete sets, i.e. clamp combinations from the type LBBU Light Series, consisting of clamp bodies and all required fasteners and other assembly accessories. Optionally, these complete clamps can be packaged as sets or delivered pre-assembled.
