• STAUFF utilizes CNC technology to control and monitor the bending of pipes and tubes ensuring seamless precision.
• Tube materials are offered in Zistaplex®, Zista® Seal, zinc-plated, phosphated, or untreated carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, and other special materials in tube diameters from ¼ inch to 2 inches with varying wall thickness depending on the material used, and up to 20 feet in length.
• Once tubes are formed, the assembly process is meticulously monitored and controlled when adding cutting rings and union nuts, along with other additional system components such as pipe clamps, ball valves, and flanges.
• STAUFF Form EVO is used for efficient flaring and forming of tube ends along with soldering, brazing, and welding techniques.
• Thorough cleaning procedures are performed before and after tube manipulation and assembly to ensure safety and performance standards.
• All tube ends and connections are sealed and capped until installation for cleanliness and protection.
