Hydraulic test couplings and test hose assemblies in the STAUFF Test 20 and Test 15 series can be fitted with optional color marking rings made of durable thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), available in five standard colors, red, black, yellow, blue, and green, with additional colors available on request. These lightweight, abrasion‑resistant, and chemically resilient rings can be easily applied or retrofitted without tools, fitting into the standard groove of the knurled protection and connection caps without affecting their environmental resistance. TPU ensures excellent wear, media, UV, and thermal resistance, making the rings suitable for demanding hydraulic environments.

STAUFF Pressure Test Kits are fully equipped, field‑ready diagnostic solutions designed for accurate hydraulic system monitoring. Each kit includes precision pressure gauges, test hoses, and adaptors housed in a compact, portable case for use in demanding service environments.

The kits are available in two primary configurations:

• SPG Analog Version – Equipped with EN 837‑1‑compliant mechanical gauges engineered for reliable and repeatable pressure indication in a wide range of applications.
• SPG‑DIGI Digital Version – Provides high‑accuracy electronic measurement, min/max value recording, and enhanced display visibility, making it ideal for advanced diagnostics. An optional SPG‑DIGI‑USB gauge further expands capability by storing measurement data internally in CSV format for direct transfer to a PC.

To meet specialized system requirements, STAUFF also offers custom‑configured test kits, allowing technicians to select precise combinations of gauges, hoses, adaptors, and test points tailored to the needs of their hydraulic environment.
