The QRC‑HSN Series is the updated version of the QRC‑HS line, featuring a high‑pressure screw‑to‑connect design with poppet valves and compatibility across six nominal sizes from 1/4" to 1 1/2". Built to ISO 14541 and offered in zinc‑plated carbon steel or W5 stainless steel, the series incorporates external O‑rings for connection verification, grooves for color‑marking rings, and optional accessories such as dust caps and plugs.

Manufactured from thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), the rings are lightweight, flexible, and resistant to abrasion, wear, and environmental influences. 

Each male and female coupling half is equipped with dedicated grooves that allow the color rings to be securely snapped into place, without the use of tools, while maintaining maximum visibility from multiple angles. 
STAUFF Color Marking Rings are available in red, black, yellow, blue, green, orange, purple, and grey. For systems where a single connection may serve multiple hydraulic lines, two‑tone color coding can also be implemented for enhanced clarity.

STAUFF has enhanced the identification and traceability of its flat‑face hydraulic push‑to‑connect couplings in the QRC‑FF Series by transitioning from traditional needle embossing to advanced laser marking technology. This upgrade ensures cleaner, more precise, and permanently legible markings on every coupling. As part of this improvement, each coupling will now feature an integrated QR code that provides users with immediate access to detailed product information on the STAUFF website. 

Laser marking has been an established and proven process within STAUFF’s manufacturing for many years. Importantly, it has no negative impact on the corrosion resistance of the STAUFF zinc/nickel surface coating, ensuring that durability and performance remain uncompromised.

The STAUFF QRC‑MCS Multi Coupling System enables fast, spill‑free connection of two to six hydraulic lines from ¼” to 1”, even under residual pressure. Integrated flat‑face quick‑release couplings and high‑strength materials such as steel, aluminum, and reinforced plastics ensure secure, vibration‑resistant operation. An ergonomic hand lever provides tool‑free locking, supporting operating pressures up to 4351 PSI and optional electrical inserts for combined hydraulic and electrical connection needs.

Each system consists of a fixed half on the machine and loose halves on the attachments, all protected with premium zinc/nickel coatings for long‑term corrosion resistance.
