STAUFF QRC-FC Series

Advanced Flat‑Face Push‑to‑Connect Couplings Engineered for Reliable High‑Pressure Hydraulic Performance

QRC-FC Series

Designed for compatibility with STAUFF FF Series coupling sleeves and fully compliant with ISO 16028, these couplings deliver clean, leak‑minimized performance and interchangeability with standard flat‑face systems used worldwide. Manufactured from high‑strength steel and protected with a robust zinc/nickel coating, the QRC‑FC Series ensures long service life, excellent mechanical resistance, and reliable corrosion protection in challenging environments.

Optimized for mobile machines, construction equipment, agricultural and forestry machinery, and hydraulic attachments, the QRC‑FC Series deliver consistent performance even under the most demanding operating conditions. Their flat‑face design minimizes contamination, prevents air ingress, and supports clean hydraulic operation, making them a dependable component in hydraulic systems.

STAUFF QRC-FG Series

High‑Durability Flat‑Face Screw‑to‑Connect Couplings for Extreme Hydraulic Pressures and Demanding Field Conditions

The STAUFF QRC‑FG Series represents a robust expansion of flat‑face screw‑to‑connect coupling technology, engineered for hydraulic systems operating under extreme pressure, vibration, and environmental stress. Designed for clean, low‑spill operation and superior resistance to contamination ingress, these couplings provide secure and reliable performance even when both sides must be connected under residual or trapped pressure. With the introduction of new nominal sizes the series now supports an even broader range of hydraulic systems, from demolition equipment and construction machinery to offshore, mining, and industrial environments.

Constructed from high‑strength carbon steel and protected by STAUFF’s premium zinc/nickel surface coating, the QRC‑FG Series delivers exceptional durability and corrosion resistance, exceeding 720 hours to red rust in standardized salt‑spray testing. Heavy‑duty internal valve components and a threaded connection interface ensure stable load distribution, outstanding vibration resistance, and long service life. With additional certifications to API 16D and EUB Directive 36, selected models meet rigorous fire‑safe performance standards required in blowout preventer (BOP) control systems. Combined with color‑coded marking options, multiple connection types, and comprehensive accessory support, the QRC‑FG Series delivers a highly reliable, user‑friendly solution optimized for today’s most challenging hydraulic environments.

Carbon Steel Push-to-Connect Couplings with Poppet Valve

STAUFF QRC-HP Series

STAUFF QRC‑HP Series hydraulic push-to-connect couplings are engineered for high‑performance applications and are available in multiple configurations to support a wide range of system requirements. These couplings feature an integrated poppet valve design and are offered in all common connection types and nominal sizes.

Manufactured from carbon steel, the QRC‑HP Series incorporates STAUFF’s advanced zinc/nickel surface coating, ensuring robust and long‑lasting corrosion protection even in the most demanding environments. As an established and proven original Voswinkel product line, the QRC‑HP Series has been trusted in the market for many years for its durability, precision, and performance.

STAUFF QRC-HSN Series

High‑Pressure, Screw‑to‑Connect Hydraulic Couplings Engineered for Reliable Performance, Simplified Assembly, and Enhanced Safety in Demanding Mobile and Industrial Applications

The QRC‑HSN Series is the updated version of the QRC‑HS line, featuring a high‑pressure screw‑to‑connect design with poppet valves and compatibility across six nominal sizes from 1/4" to 1 1/2". Built to ISO 14541 and offered in zinc‑plated carbon steel or W5 stainless steel, the series incorporates external O‑rings for connection verification, grooves for color‑marking rings, and optional accessories such as dust caps and plugs.

Key enhancements include additional spanner flats for simplified assembly, new laser marking for identification and traceability, a repositioned color‑marking ring for visibility when connected, and a STAUFF Zinc Nickel coating for superior corrosion resistance. Optimized internal valves deliver improved seal protection, reduced pressure drop, and improved performance supported by 100% air‑pressure testing. With optional hexagon sleeves and protective features, the QRC‑HSN Series offers reliable, contamination‑resistant operation across mobile hydraulics, industrial equipment, and heavy‑duty machinery.

QRC Color Marking Rings

The Option of Using Color Marking Rings for STAUFF Quick Release Couplings Allows the Quick and Correct Matching of Lines

Color Marking Rings

When multiple identical or similar quick release couplings are installed within a vehicle, machine, or hydraulic system, the potential for incorrect line connection significantly increases. STAUFF Color Marking Rings provide a simple and effective solution for preventing connection errors by enabling fast, intuitive, and clearly visible identification of matching coupling pairs.

Engineered specifically for STAUFF Quick Release Couplings in the FF, FC, HP, HS, RH, and FG Series, these color rings deliver precise visual coding without affecting the functionality, pressure capability, or overall performance of the couplings. Manufactured from thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), the rings are lightweight, flexible, and resistant to abrasion, wear, and environmental influences.

Each male and female coupling half is equipped with dedicated grooves that allow the color rings to be securely snapped into place, without the use of tools, while maintaining maximum visibility from multiple angles.
STAUFF Color Marking Rings are available in red, black, yellow, blue, green, orange, purple, and grey. For systems where a single connection may serve multiple hydraulic lines, two‑tone color coding can also be implemented for enhanced clarity.

Laser Marking Capabilities for QRC-FF Series

Integrated QR Code for Direct Product Access

STAUFF has enhanced the identification and traceability of its flat‑face hydraulic push‑to‑connect couplings in the QRC‑FF Series by transitioning from traditional needle embossing to advanced laser marking technology. This upgrade ensures cleaner, more precise, and permanently legible markings on every coupling. As part of this improvement, each coupling will now feature an integrated QR code that provides users with immediate access to detailed product information on the STAUFF website.

Laser marking has been an established and proven process within STAUFF’s manufacturing for many years. Importantly, it has no negative impact on the corrosion resistance of the STAUFF zinc/nickel surface coating, ensuring that durability and performance remain uncompromised.

QRC-MCS Multi-Coupling System

STAUFF QRC-MCS

The STAUFF QRC‑MCS Multi Coupling System enables fast, spill‑free connection of two to six hydraulic lines from ¼” to 1”, even under residual pressure. Integrated flat‑face quick‑release couplings and high‑strength materials such as steel, aluminum, and reinforced plastics ensure secure, vibration‑resistant operation. An ergonomic hand lever provides tool‑free locking, supporting operating pressures up to 4351 PSI and optional electrical inserts for combined hydraulic and electrical connection needs.

Each system consists of a fixed half on the machine and loose halves on the attachments, all protected with premium zinc/nickel coatings for long‑term corrosion resistance. Available in multiple configurations and compatible with BSP, NPT, UNF, metric, and other thread types, the QRC‑MCS is ideal for equipment requiring frequent attachment changes, such as agricultural machinery, construction and forestry equipment, municipal vehicles, and industrial systems.
