This Technical Update details the design change of cover plate type GD for our Twin Series Clamps according to DIN3015-3. With this design change, we will implement anti-rotation pins at the bottom of our GD cover plates. This new feature will not only improve the efficiency of assembly but will also prevent the plate from rotating during the assembly process. It will also help prevent the plate from rotating during operation, caused by vibration.

Twin Series Safety Locking Plate Design Update
Safety Locking Plates Type SI and SIV with Integrated Anti‑Rotation Feature for Surface Mounting Twin Series Pipe, Tube, and Hose Clamps According to DIN 3015‑3, Used in Combination with AF Stacking Bolts
The SIV Safety Locking Plates, manufactured in accordance with DIN 3015‑3, have been redesigned to expand their compatibility and improve assembly efficiency. Previously limited to clamp groups 2D and 3D, the updated SIV design now also supports groups 4D and 5D, providing greater flexibility across a broader range of Twin Series clamp installations.
Engineered to maintain secure and reliable assemblies, the SIV Safety Locking Plate prevents the stacking bolt from loosening while simultaneously locking the upper clamp against rotation during the installation of stacked clamp assemblies. With this design enhancement, a single SIV Safety Locking Plate can now be used for all clamp groups from 2D through 5D.
Although the plate’s dimensions have been updated, it remains fully compatible with existing 2D and 3D clamp assemblies, ensuring a smooth transition with no impact on installed systems.

PA-EX Material for Pipe and Tube Clamps
Electrically Conductive Clamp Bodies Engineered for Controlled Discharge and Certified Per IEC-Explosion‑Protection Standards

STAUFF has introduced PA‑EX, a new clamp body material developed to meet the highest safety requirements in environments where electrostatic discharge and explosion protection are critical. Produced for various tube diameters on request, PA‑EX provides defined electrical conductivity and enhanced discharge capability.
Compared with metal or aluminum clamps, PA‑EX eliminates risks of contact corrosion and offers safer operation in potentially explosive atmospheres. Custom‑manufactured for specific application needs, PA‑EX is suited for hydrogen systems, chemical tank farms, refineries, petrol stations, biogas facilities, underground mining, dust extraction, and bulk material handling. Final suitability must be assessed by an EX specialist based on the technical data provided.
PP-ECO Material for Pipe and Tube Clamps
New Sustainable and Eco-Friendly Material Available in the STAUFF Clamps Range
STAUFF has expanded its clamp portfolio with PP‑ECO, a sustainable polypropylene material developed in response to evolving climate regulations and increasing customer demand for environmentally responsible solutions. Derived from recycled material, PP‑ECO reduces material‑related CO₂ equivalents by up to 75%, offering a significantly lower‑emission alternative to standard polypropylene. Despite its sustainability benefits, PP‑ECO maintains full compliance with performance requirements, delivering the same mechanical reliability and durability as established PP clamp bodies.
Designed to help customers meet their own carbon‑reduction targets, PP‑ECO enables measurable progress toward minimizing environmental impact while reducing exposure to CO₂‑based fees and regulatory pressures. Clamp bodies made from PP‑ECO are fully interchangeable with standard PP versions, ensuring familiar quality without compromise. Available in both green and black, PP‑ECO provides a high‑performance, eco‑efficient solution that strengthens competitiveness across a wide range of industrial applications.

Noise Reduction and Vibration Dampening Clamps Type NRC
STAUFF Type NRC Clamps Engineered for Noise‑ and Vibration‑Reduced Installation of Pipes, Tubes, and Hoses

STAUFF NRC and NRC‑H clamps provide an advanced solution for minimizing noise and vibration in hydraulic and industrial piping systems. Based on the proven STAUFF Standard Series according to DIN 3015‑1, these clamps integrating specially engineered elastomer inserts. These inserts feature minimal contact with both the clamp body and the pipe, tube, or hose, significantly improving their ability to absorb and isolate vibration compared to conventional clamp designs.
This design improvement supports quieter system operation, protects surrounding components from vibration‑related wear, and enhances overall installation performance. Suitable for a wide range of pipe, tube, and hose applications, the NRC range delivers reliable noise and vibration damping without compromising stability or ease of installation.
Multi-Line Clamps Type MLC
STAUFF Type MLC Clamps Enable the Secure Fastening of 2, 3, 4, or 6 Individual Lines Using a Single Compact Clamp Body
STAUFF Multi‑Line Clamps Type MLC provide a streamlined and reliable solution for mounting multiple lines within one clamp body. Designed in accordance with the original STAUFF Standard Series DIN 3015 Clamp, the MLC range is available in three sizes to accommodate common outer diameters from 1/4" to 1". This allows efficient installation of 2, 3, 4, or 6 tubes, hoses, or cables while reducing space requirements and simplifying overall system layout.
Engineered for durability and versatility, the MLC clamp bodies are available in polypropylene (PP), polyamide (PA), or flame‑retardant polyamide (PA‑V0) to suit a wide variety of environmental and operational conditions. Metal hardware is offered in carbon steel or stainless steel VA4, ensuring compatibility with demanding industrial applications.Â

Anti-Corrosion Technology Clamps Type ACT and ACT-MLC
STAUFF ACT Clamps are Based Off the Universal Standard Pipe Clamps Designed for Highly Demanding Corrosive Environments

STAUFF ACT Clamps are engineered for superior anti‑corrosion performance in demanding environments, particularly in offshore environments where saltwater exposure is unavoidable. Built according to DIN 3015 in both Standard and Twin Series, they feature flame‑retardant PP‑V0 clamp bodies and integrated elastomer strips that create self‑draining channels to prevent seawater accumulation and combat crevice corrosion. Their robust materials meet international requirements and standards, ensuring long‑term performance and efficient installation across a wide range of mounting configurations.
ACT‑MLC Clamps
The ACT‑MLC series extends STAUFF’s Anti‑Corrosion Technology to multi‑line pipe installations, enabling compact, parallel routing of multiple tubes in offshore and industrial systems. Like standard ACT clamps, ACT‑MLC clamps incorporate PP‑V0 flame‑retardant inserts, integrated elastomer strips, and drainage channels to prevent crevice corrosion. Their stainless steel V4A C‑rails offer high structural strength and corrosion resistance, and they are available in configurations for 3, 5, or 10 lines, with custom lengths up to 2 meters. Designed for easy integration into field trays and cable ladders, ACT‑MLC clamps provide space‑efficient, long‑lasting protection in environments where reliability is critical.
Innovative Materials Customized to Your Individual Requirements
STAUFF provides a wide range of clamp materials designed to meet diverse performance, environmental, and durability requirements across industrial applications. From standard polymers and metals to specialized material options, this portfolio ensures reliable, long‑lasting clamping solutions tailored to various operating conditions and installation needs.
