STAUFF Hose Connectors consist of high‑quality swage ferrules and hose inserts suitable for single‑, double‑, and multi‑layer braided hoses, spiral hoses, and textile hoses. Available in systems such as ECOVOS, ECOVOS VA, MULTIVOS, and POWERVOS, they cover nominal sizes up to DN 51 and are offered in steel with STAUFF’s Zinc/Nickel coating or in stainless steel for enhanced corrosion protection.

The ECOVOS system enables crimping of many hose types with a single hose‑insert profile, reducing component variety and improving inventory efficiency. ECOVOS+ adds mobile interlock capability to standard ECOVOS components, while fully integrated interlock versions with securing rings are available for larger‑scale requirements. MULTIVOS connectors allow the use of R15 and 4SH hoses with one insert profile, supporting high‑pressure applications, whereas the advanced POWERVOS series is specifically engineered for hammer and breaker operations in construction and quarry environments.
